Refund policy

We want you to love your candle purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Simply reach out through our contact section and initiate the return process including name, email, order number and the reason for the return.

Please note that the candle must be barely burned, I understand you would have to light a candle to decide but when I say barely used I mean: Do not try to return a half burned candle , candle vessel must be returned as it was delivered, scratches or broken vessels/jars wont be fully refunded.
